COVID-19 EOS Service Offering Update For Customers
Following the updated government guidance to combat the spread of Covid -19 announced on Monday 23rd March 2020, we are reviewing our manufacturing operations, whilst we seek further clarity about what this guidance means for our operations on an ongoing safety and practical basis.
As I am sure you will understand, in the current environment, the health and wellbeing of all our staff, suppliers, customers, and all associated families are our primary concern.
Therefore, EOS, for the moment, has started to review our manufacturing processes and adapt them for the new circumstances, to guarantee the distance dictated by the Government, and be able to continue in a restricted, but safe production capacity.
We will continue to dispatch orders as far as possible to job sites that are still open to receive deliveries.
We are also being updated that many sites are closed, with reports that the rest could be enforced in the next few days, we therefore ask that you advise us as soon as possible, through contacting our logistics team, of any intention or decision to cease your own operations so that we can react accordingly.
Whilst our manufacturing operations is restricted, and our Divisional office is closed, all our staff will be working at home, including Estimating, Design and Engineering services, to ensure we can provide 100% continuity and support in these areas.
This is a restriction only in our manufacturing activity, that will continue no longer than is necessary or advised, but I trust you will understand, given the rapidly evolving government guidance, and support our actions in supporting the Government.
