Another 20 Projects Confirmed and Counting!

Over the last six months, we have secured over 20 projects with an overall project value in excess of £980M. The developments range from the Brodick Ferry Terminal on behalf of Entec, the prestigious Chelsea Waterfront development on behalf of longstanding client Ardmore, and several education projects including the Caldicott School for Interserve. We have also been commissioned to provide a substantial number of factory to factory modular kits for Metechno and Procure Plus.
Projects include:

Sarah Swift Building on behalf of Brebur – Total Project Value – £19M
Providing the new home for the Schools of Health & Social Care and Psychology at the University of Lincoln.

Daventry Hill School on behalf of Bam & Taylor Hart – Total Project Value – £10M
A new co-educational all-through school for pupils with special educational needs in Daventry.

Brodick Ferry Terminal on behalf of Entec – Total Project Value – £18M
Includes plans for a new pier, a new terminal building, improved passenger access, and a deeper berth to allow a greater variety of vessels to dock.

Caldicot School on behalf of Interserve & Richard Kemble – Total Project Value – £28M
Part of a major £80.0m capital programme that will deliver a new secondary school for Caldicot in 2017 on the site of the existing school.

Britannia Music on behalf of Durkan – Total Project Value – £50M
New development for Ilford that will include approximately 330 new homes with retail, office and live-work uses set around a new public courtyard.

1st Phase of Canada Water on behalf of Ardmore – Total Project Value – £80M
One 26 storey tower and nine 4 – 8 storey units comprising 668 one , two and three bedroomed flats, 985 m2 retail space, 268 m2 community space and new open space.

Block HF2 Lots Road Chelsea Waterfront on behalf of Ardmore – Total Project Value – £60M
Redevelopment of the former power station site known as Lots Road to provide residential blocks with a new retail centre comprising shops and offices all with associated parking and landscaping

Geron Way, Cricklewood on behalf of Higgins & Screedforce – Total Project Value – £50M
The demolition of a former parcel force depot and the design and construction of 230 number new build residential apartments.

Peel Centre Blocks T & U, Colindale on behalf of Redrow & Conneely – Total Project Value – £15.7M
Housing development at Peel Centre, Block T & U to provide 82 one bed, 96 two bedroom and 32 three bedroom apartments with associated parking and landscaping.

MMH Hospital Courtyards on behalf of Prater – Total Project Value – £280M
New 670 bed community hospital providing the full range of acute hospital services from modern facilities with the latest technology and equipment.

South Lambeth Road on behalf of Downing & Alumet Systems – Total Project Value – £132M
An iconic 32 storey, purpose built student development of 553 bedrooms in the heart of Vauxhall and Nine Elms in Zone 1.

Oceans Estate on behalf of Higgins & Screedforce Total Project Value – £200M
A development of 225 combined private and affordable housing units within three residential blocks, varying in height from two to thirteen storeys, with basement parking and associated landscaping.

New College Doncaster on behalf of Bam & Brebur – Total Project Value – £20M
New Sixth Form College, sports hall, and a series of sports pitches to open September 2017.

Lollard Street on behalf of Conneely – Total Project Value – £20 M
Affordable housing scheme in Lambeth comprising 89 family units which will replace an existing double storey car park.
