EOS Facades Announce Trade Agreement

EOS Facades have announced that the company has formed an official Trade Agreement with main contractor Morgan Sindall, for the design and supply of Steel Framing Systems (SFS).

The Trade Agreement, which will simplify and streamline the procurement process for Morgan Sindall’s delivery partners – offers a wide range of new and supportive benefits including key account management, up-front design services, all-inclusive lump sum packages together with product training and CPD’s.

EOS have been driving light gauge steel for offsite solutions, providing the industry with quality products through precision manufacturing, whilst delivering accurate results on time and on budget. As specialists in the offsite manufacture of steel frame systems, EOS Facades product portfolio offers broad parameters to explore innovative solutions and optimise value engineering.

Product ranges that fall within this agreement cover:
Stud & Track: Custom-manufactured for all types of infill panels into primary framed hot rolled steel and in-situ concrete framed buildings. The Stud & Track systems are supplied as cold-rolled U and C sections that are produced to exact dimensions which reduces cost and generates no onsite waste.

Facade Panels: Innovative panel system fully engineered and entirely manufactured offsite, arriving pre-insulated (if required) as a complete unitised system, minimising variability and enabling rapid construction onsite.

Flooring Systems: Offering a wide variety of applications ranging from lattice beam solutions to fully panellised flooring systems and cassettes. Suitable for all types of load bearing floors from intermediate separating floors to bespoke mezzanine flooring solutions – these systems achieve large spans without the need for supporting struts.

Roofing Systems: Formed using steel lattice beams or frames which are lightweight, with a high strength to weight ratio that makes them ideal for reducing the pressure exerted on the primary structure, whilst supporting the roof with robust strength. Systems can achieve large spans without the need for supporting struts due to steel’s unrivalled strength to weight ratio.
High Bay Walling Systems: Can be used internally to provide single span stud walls up to 10m high providing an ideal solution for projects such as school sports halls, factory units, gyms and auditoriums. Providing a variety of sizes up to 250mm deep stud and track capability in gauges from 1.2 to 2mm thick – sections are tailored to meet exact project requirements.

Continuous Walling: Maximises internal floor areas – stud walls up to 10m high can be offered in a variety of vertical stud and track sizes up to 250mm and in gauges from 1.2 to 2mm thick allowing us to tailor our sections to meet your exact project requirements. The section range provides the unique swaging technology and dimpling characteristics as standard.

EOS operates across all sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial and Residential. The company’s in-house highly experienced technical design and estimating teams work with clients to ensure explicit requirements can be delivered, taking into account the locality and site specifics. Offering a total partnering approach and specialist services including application consultancy, structural design support and value engineering, as well as quality manufacturing – ensures bespoke Steel Framing Solutions are delivered on time and to budget.
